Roxanna is a dedicated insurance professional with over a decade of experience in building transparent and accountable relationships with her clients. Starting her career on the insurance wholesale side, she moved to a local brokerage firm, spending seven years advocating for clients in the healthcare industry and other sectors.

As board president of the Washington Healthcare Risk Management Society and a CPCU candidate, Roxanna is passionate about connecting women leaders across the Pacific Northwest.

In her leisure, she enjoys many outdoor activities and cherishes time spent with her two Pomeranians, Johnathon and Sophia.
