With over a decade of experience in employee benefits, Azara has built a career rooted in leadership, growth, and deep industry expertise. She began as an Account Executive on the Senior Care EB team and was quickly promoted to senior and management roles. Azara later led the Knoxville EB team before becoming Director of Client Services for Propel Southeast in 2021. In 2023, she stepped into a dual leadership role, guiding both the Propel Southeast EB team and the Alera Group Southeast EB Practice, before officially becoming the Southeast EB Practice Leader in 2024.
Azara is known for building strong client relationships and is deeply committed to delivering responsive service and lasting value. Her passion for the employee benefits industry shines through in her focus on team development, client success, and continuous improvement.
Azara graduated from the College of Charleston, where she majored in Business and minored in Spanish. Outside of work, she loves being in nature, inshore fishing, birdwatching, and spending time with her and her husband’s families.
