Elaine D’Antonio, RN, MSN degree in Advanced Practice/Nursing Administration.

Elaine has 30 years of combined experience in all phases of clinical nursing and has held multilevel positions in operations and clinical for senior care providers, including Vice President of Clinical Services and Divisional Director of Care for up to 105 senior living communities. Elaine is certified in dementia care and has a special interest in developing education geared to quality improvement and risk prevention. She is a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant who understands the migration of event to the legal arena. Elaine has also served on the Pennsylvania Assisted Living Board for 5 years and has presented on risk management topics at their conferences.
