Working in employee benefits for the past 15 years, Matt has experience working with clients of all sizes and complexities. At his core, Matt is a problem solver who receives gratification from solving complex insurance challenges. Matt knows that no two days are the same when working in the insurance industry, and he enjoys “looking under the hood” of a business to aid them in becoming the best version of themselves.

Matt and his team’s mission is to act as an extension of their client’s HR team — a resource that can be relied upon for anything and everything employee benefits related. Matt’s team focuses on proactivity, open communication, and strategic thinking that delivers great value that produces trust and confidence.

Outside of work, Matt spends most of his spare time with his wife and two children. He also enjoys traveling, playing golf and tennis, the Atlanta Braves and the Tennessee Vols.
