With over seven years of dedicated experience in Property & Casualty placements, Shane takes a strategic, client-first approach to insurance. He partners with businesses to gain a comprehensive understanding that extends beyond insurance, focusing on their goals to design tailored risk management solutions that meet their specific needs. His ambition and curiosity have led him to explore multiple facets of the insurance marketplace, allowing him to deliver highly customized, boutique programs.

Shane is committed to building strong partnerships through responsive service, thoughtful solutions, and a clear understanding of each client’s unique needs. His drive to make a difference extends into the community. He received the Difference Maker Award in 2023 and served as co-chair of the Difference Maker Committee for two years. He is also Vice Chair of the Catalyst Society for Mile High United Way and a member of the Urban Renewal Authority of Englewood, Colorado.

Outside of work, Shane enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling to new places, and being outdoors, especially park days and long walks around the neighborhood.
