Propel Expands its Senior Housing Presence to The East Coast
Propel expands its Senior Housing presence to the East Coast with the addition of industry veteran Rob Schumann. Rob has over 16 years of experience designing and negotiating insurance placements for senior housing and healthcare facility operators. Rob’s early career experience as an underwriter with Lexington Insurance provided a practical knowledge of how underwriters view senior housing risk.
“When I asked my friends in the business who on the East coast would fit Propel’s team-based culture
and provide a high level of technical consulting to our customers, Rob’s named continued to top the list. Rob is not just learning the Seniors Housing business, he’s lived it for 16 years,” says Michael Ferreira, Executive Vice President of Propel Insurance.
“Rob’s presence in the Eastern Time Zone supports Propel’s continued commitment to timely delivery of service and solutions to our East Coast owners and operators.”
Earlier this month Propel announced a strategic financial partnership with private equity firm Flexpoint Ford to support and fund its ongoing expansion efforts.
