Propel Welcomes Easton Bauer to our Northwest Employee Benefits Team

Propel Insurance, An Alera Group company, welcomes Easton Bauer to our Employee Benefits team as a Sales Executive. Easton joins Propel bringing five years of experience in SMB level/self-funding.

Easton joins the Northwest Employee Benefits team that supports companies of all sizes and industries. When asked about his new role, Easton shares, “I’m extremely honored and excited to join Propel and Alera Group – I look forward to helping raise the bar for our company and clients alike. Employee Benefits can be challenging in many ways, and I take pride in being the one my clients turn to for guidance. My family has been in the medical/pharmaceutical industry for generations and I feel it’s my responsibility to provide valuable insights and be a good steward of my client’s trust, resources, and bandwidth while protecting their specific interests.”

Easton lives in Liberty Lake, WA and when he’s not working, his title is “dad” to two wonderful children and “husband” to his lovely wife. They love the outdoors and teaching the kids how to work hard and have fun with everything they do. He’s embedded in the local golf and fly-fishing communities as well as Liberty Lake’s MODE organization where, among other things, they host weekly networking events with some of the Nation’s brightest minds and entrepreneurs who come to share thoughts, passions, strategies, and general ways of living.
